My Story...
My name is Justin Morris, and I am the Vice President of National Sales and Distribution for SMS Winmars. Like you, I am also a professional Martial Artist.
When I teach my classes I want to focus on running a good program. I want to be concerned with student retention, our curriculum and enrolling new students. I DO NOT want to be running around collecting money from my students.
When I began teaching in 1994 I was not only an Instructor, but I was also a bill collector. My small handful of students had every excuse not to pay for lessons. Sometimes I would get money late, other times I would get paid 1/2 of what was owed to me. Sometimes I wouldn't get the money at all. I had a hard time keeping track of who owed me and when they owed me. I always felt uncomfortable asking my students for payments. I was close to giving up and then I met the SMS Winmars team of professionals. They helped turn my school around and now I get to do what I do best- teach my classes, and I let them do what they do best-collect my payments.
